Q: Do you do printing?
A: No, I’m just a designer. But I can recommend some printers.

Q: Can you host my site along with designing it?
A: Yes I can but it will be extra along with the design fee. It also depends on the amount of traffic you expect.

Q: Will you work on my project?
A: Yes, email me with your project info and we’ll talk more.

Q: Will you work for free?
A: Unless it’s for a charity (and I’d have to have the extra time for that), most likely no. Sorry but this is my job and I, like you, have bills to pay and a life to live. But I will work with your budget.

Q: Will I get my money back if I’m not happy?
A: Sorry but no, let me explain: I work with you to get the design the way you want it. I will bust my ass to design what you want. If you don’t communicate with me what YOU want in your project then obviously I wont know what you want, so talk to me and let me know EXACTLY what your looking for.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit and is it refundable?
A: Yes you have to pay what is known as a “KILL FEE” and no it’s not refundable. A “KILL FEE” is a %50 deposit of the agreed upon price of the project (minus any add on work/fees later). This fee is to pay me for my time working for you if you decide at the end of the project that you’re not going to use my work.

*If your project is LESS then $100, then the entire price is due up front** Sorry but I’ve been stiffed before*

Q: Will you start work with out the “KILL FEE”?
A: No, unless arrangements have been made before hand. Once the “KILL FEE” is paid I’ll start work for you.

Q: Do you have a price list?
A: Not really, every project is different. It all comes down to how much time has to be put into the project. For example, a myspace layout will cost different for someone who has most of their graphics designed already (logo, good photos, etc) versus a layout that will need me to create a logo, graphics, photo work, etc from scratch. Also a non-flash web site will be less then a flash web site.

However, I understand how it is being in an un-signed band, starting up your own business, etc. So I will try to work with the client within their budget. Email me and we can talk about your project and price.

Q: What is the difference between a "Basic" myspace design and a "Custom Layout" myspace design?

A: "Basic" myspace design is when you have a graphic on top, custom title bars, background and colors done but still have the basic myspace look. A "Custom Layout" is when you completely re-do the look/layout of the myspace page (place your bio's/tour dates/news/banners etc where you want.

Q: If I do a "Custom Layout" will I still update my myspace page the same way as before?

A: No, only part that would be normal would be the blog and tour dates. Everything else would go under tag's I'd leave for you in the code to place the content where it belongs. I'd give you a detail "how to" link for reference and I'd be available to help you out also.

Q: How many re-visions/re-designs do I get before the price goes up?

A: It depends on the project. But generally I’ll do up to 3 or 4 re-designs before the price will rise (you will be notified before that happens)

Q: Can I meet you to pay you? And do you accept cash?
A: Unless I know you on a personal level, your local or we’ve worked it out ahead of time, I do not accept cash or personal checks and I will not meet up with you. It’s up to you to get me the payment for your project.

Other then that you can send me a Money order or use PAYPAL. I accept credit cards thru PAYPAL too. If you’d like to pay using credit card you can contact me and I’ll set up a pay button just for your project, you don’t have to be a member of PAYPAL to pay using a credit card. It’ll be like purchasing an item online at a store.

Q: How much time will it take to complete my project?

A: First, you need to contact me to see if I’m available. Second, it all depends on the project. A myspace can take 1-2 weeks (or quicker/longer depending on each project), a web site can take 1 week to a month, a flash website a month to 2 months (depends). Logos a day to a couple of weeks (same for T-shirts and Apparel). I will give you a rough time line when project is started and will stay in constant contact with you on the progress.
